March is now officially recognized as Sleep Apnea Awareness Month in California—an important step in bringing attention to one of the most common yet underdiagnosed sleep disorders.

Obstructive sleep apnea affects millions of people and has real consequences for health, workplace safety, and overall quality of life. Yet an estimated 65 million Americans remain undiagnosed or untreated.

At Daybreak, we’re committed to expanding access to sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment through a fully at-home, dentist-guided care model- helping more people get the sleep (and health) they deserve.
